We are seeking an energetic and professional Meeting Host & Product Presenter to help introduce potential customers to the Kinbase solution through online meetings, product demonstrations, and customer follow-up.

Position Overview

We are looking for an excellent communicator who enjoys presenting, engaging with customers, and helping businesses discover solutions that can improve their operations. In this role, you will host online meetings, conduct product demonstrations, document customer feedback, and work closely with our development team to ensure customer needs are communicated effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in customer success, sales, marketing, technology, or business consulting. Internship opportunities are also available.

 

Responsibilities

Host and facilitate online meetings and product demonstrations.

Present the Kinbase platform to prospective customers in a professional and engaging manner.

Understand customer business needs and identify how Kinbase can support their goals.

Take detailed meeting notes and document customer requests.

Communicate customer feedback and enhancement requests to the development team.

Follow up with prospective customers after demonstrations.

Assist with customer onboarding and relationship management.

Work independently from home while maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions

Help promote Kinbase through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
